Umberto left Italy in search of new challenge and willing to let all world know his food and the tradition of his countryside 22 years ago. After many experience in Europe and other country he was captured and interested to explore Asia.
Singapore was his first choice ,and that change his prospective of life. Captured by the asian colture he decide to visit many southern asian country as possible like Indonesia ,Malaysia,Vietnam Cambodia,Myanmar and at last Thailand where he found the perfect place to open his own Italian Restaurant. He carefully select the best available local ingredients and imported,the result is an Authentic Italian fine dining restaurant that serve tourist from all around the world and the local community as the Umberto’s Cuisine is a secure destination for an unforgettable experience.
